Oakland Waterfront Sensor Network Recovers 34,000 Pounds of Dumped Waste

Oakland's ground-sensor enforcement program has removed 34,000 pounds of illegally dumped material concentrated near waterfront areas and terminal-access roads, which carry heavy freight traffic in the absence of freeway infrastructure.
