Oakland Disaster Assessment Missing Fourth Axis Despite Escalating Precipitation Data

Oakland's established Compound Disaster Vulnerability Assessment covers seismic, wildfire, and sea level rise risks but has not been updated to include intensifying precipitation flooding of ferry terminals and waterfront infrastructure.
